The 2019 FILMCollective Apprenticeship Application
We are launching a new initiative to support the professional development of young women filmmakers, the FILMCollective Apprenticeship. The Female-Inspired and Led Media (FILM) Collective Apprenticeship is a new opportunity for young women filmmakers to gain experience on film sets in Austin, Texas. Selected participants will contribute to local film productions by attending pre-production meetings, shadowing professionals on set, and joining test screenings. In addition, each participant will receive a stipend funded by donations to the nonprofit organization, Moving Image Arts & Education.
